1. Information
- Shaabee.com All products go through a quality check 4 in people prior to dispatch. In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund for the damaged product.
- You need to notify us within 3 working days (max 6 working days) in case you receive a damaged product. Notification can be through call and WhatsApp video (96000 00394) or email (support@shaabee.com) along with photos and video of the damaged piece.
- The damaged product should be returned to our shaabee shop to facilitate any exchange product or refund, or as decided by the management.
- Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange for onward transit of the shipment received from us, we will not be responsible for any discrepancy arising in that.
- The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be online transfer in full by Buyer according to the payment due date stated at Checkout. In addition, Seller shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein and shall be entitled to reimbursement from Buyer for Seller’s costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees and costs and disbursements, if any.
- In case we offer a refund, it will take 3 to 4 working days to do a bank transfer. If the refund is being made into the card through the payment gateway, it will take 11 to 13 days.
2. To cancel an order
To cancel an order, please send an email to support@shaabee.com or phone number is 96000 00394 within the same days from order confirmation. Please include the order ID in the subject line. EX: Order Cancellation.
