Shaabee.com ensures that all products go through a 4-step quality check by our team before dispatch.
In the rare case you receive a damaged product, we will either replace or refund the damaged item.

You must notify us within 3 working days (maximum 6 working days) from the date of delivery in case you receive a damaged product.

The damaged product must be returned to our Shaabee store to facilitate any exchange or refund, or as decided by the management.

Note:
Our liability ends at the point of first delivery. If you arrange onward transit from your end, we will not be responsible for any discrepancies that arise after.

The total amount of the Purchase Price must be paid in full via online transfer by the buyer, according to the payment due date stated at checkout.

In case of delay or default in payment, the seller has the right to pursue legal remedies and is entitled to reimbursement for collection costs, including attorney fees and legal charges.

Refund Timelines:

  • Bank transfer: 3 to 4 working days

  • Payment gateway/card refund: 11 to 13 working days
